Sarah's Bio
Sarah Tolpina is an entrepreneur, business strategist, consultant and certified coach with more than 18 years of experience across business, brand, marketing and customer experience.
She has built and scaled businesses to seven figures and beyond and advised companies, founders and entrepreneurs across real estate, construction, technology, food services, health and wellness, nonprofits and startups. Her experience spans the practical realities of building businesses, developing brands, bringing ideas to market, managing growth and making decisions when there is rarely one obvious answer.

Sarah brings together creative thinking, analytical depth, strong pattern recognition and firsthand entrepreneurial experience. Her strength is seeing the whole picture, asking the questions that reveal what actually needs to be built or changed, and turning complexity into clear decisions and practical direction.
That way of thinking is at the heart of Sarail. Through See, Shape and Share, Sarah works with founders to understand what they are really building, shape it into a business that makes sense to run, and develop the positioning, messaging and strategy needed to take it into the world.
Her approach is coaching-led, consultative and highly involved. She asks questions, challenges assumptions and gives direct advice when it is needed. There is no predetermined formula. The work is shaped around the founder, the business and what needs to happen next.
Built from a life lived across cultures.
Sarah’s perspective has been shaped by different countries, cultures and ways of seeing the world. Born in London, raised in Iran and now based in Toronto, she brings that mix of experiences into how she thinks, communicates and works with people.

Get to Know Sarah
Beyond business, Sarah is a wife, mother of two and endlessly curious about people, ideas and why we do the things we do.
She loves Persian cooking, travelling, beautiful spaces, nature, fashion, good food, dancing, journaling and conversations that start somewhere ordinary and somehow end up somewhere much deeper.
She speaks English and Farsi, takes her coffee seriously and watches considerably more Real Housewives than a business strategist should probably admit.
